My osr brake sounds like a spokie dokie

Noticed when braking over a few mph the last day or so that the brakes on the o/s/r sound like a spokie dokie.

Not had a change to take the wheel off and have a look yet (it's been dark and I've been busy). Suggestions as to what my problem could be?
