UPDATE:
Dealer has been faultless throughout. Unusual I know, but its true.
Turned up today and it was parked pride of place in front of showroom with 6 miles on the clock.
When it came time to inspect the car, i wasnt rushed. A solid 30 minutes of hard edged nit picking couldnt come up with anything substantial.
Theyd prepped it perfectly.
Ive tried so hard to keep it away from the red line. I really have.
But 2 years in a pedal car means a lot of pent up revenge on the rep cruisers and,on the odd occasion, i showed no mercy.
The most striking thing is the change of direction...
...and yes, THAT kick half way round the revs.
But 68 miles later I think i have it out of my system. *gulp*
Actually feeling quite emotional & I want to thank everyone whos posts have led me to buying this magnificent brainf*ck thats now sat on my drive.The smell of newly heated exhaust paint is detectable in the house, calling me out for another blast....
I MUST RESIST
