I just did a quote on this as im looking at a new car, came back as £1400 though fully comp Not sure if its worth spending more than the car on insurance tbh!

Valvers seem to be strangely high on insurance, i only pay £100 a year extra on my 172.

I was TPFT with 2 years ncb for £1200. Both my postcodes are rubbish and somone crashed into me a year back which doesnt help.

Try HIC/Flux or bell. Both companies were then only ones that could get anywhere near for me.
