My wheels Jumps on Full Lock?????

has anyone had this or is it normal? when reversing or even going slowly holding complete lock the wheels seem to be
slipping/jumping (hard to describe), its done it for a while, got a 172 cup????

Its due to the suspension stick the wheel on lock and you've got less surface touching the ground.
