n95 8gb problems

can anyone help me?

Ive just got a new n95 8gb and its not working, everything works fine untill i try to make a call and no one can hear me- i can hear them fine but its total silence coming from my end


anyone know how to fix this?

First of all try and record a sound clip to see if its the microphone thats bust, then go from there.

ive just tried that. when i play it back there is nothing, when i turn it upto full it just plays no sound, its like nothing is being said into the phone?

Knackered mic, get on phone (obviousy not the broken one) to your network.
