N95 SatNav - Getting money back?

I have subscribed for the last 2months at £5 or something, and it wont get lock on at all.

Went to skegness yesterday and I fired u the sat nav in the hope that it will get my home, but it spent 2hrs 'Waiting for GPS signal'

Can I call orange and get my money back as its shite?

My gps on the n95 is often quicker than my TomTom! At first it was slow, but I tweaked the settings having read up on it. It should work well.

Don't know about the refund.

Firmware upgrade to 20 and you will get a lock in ~15 seconds. On my original firmware it took 15-20 minutes and would loose the lock if you moved lol..

now I get a lock on while im indoors lol.. bit of an improvement.


Also you should look into garmin xt for the N95.. best navigation software by far..

Yup. The AGPS made a helluva difference.

Do some searching and reading fella. If your network doesn't offer a firmware upgrade you can do a sort of debrand work around.

It's all free and easy enough.
