Name this wiring plug (Under the centre console) - Stripped out 1*2's?

I need my airbag module re-configured so pulled it out of the Clio today..

However, this plug was flapping around, on the same loom as the cigar lighter and the airbag module plug..

What is my car missing ?!

Is it the OBD code reader plug?

The bit with the yellow in is for an automatic

Nope should mentioned the OBD is connected
