Nasty scratches and marks

Already on the car when i got it, what could i do to get rid of these?

Ill porb end up getting new mirrors i bet it would be cheaper lol

Someone suggested Colour magic but i dunno if it would look patchy! Theres also a few other marks on the car white marks, look like teeny tiny scratches possibly? Any ideas getting these out.

the bumper will t-cut out i got sum here if you want me to do it for you, best off getting a new mirror aswell

If your nails catch in the bumper ones chances are the deeper ones won't come out. Megauirs Scratch X will improve it, nothing but paint will fix the mirror.
