Range Rover sport
So i've owned the civic a good few months now and since becoming a jap *****,reading up threads looking at pictures etc i started thinking...
Have huge plans for the car and its only just picked up and started on its way.
Anyway i wont bore you all with a big spec list of ideas as i might change my mind in the near future.
The first major plan was to stip the whole car down do all the repairs scratches and little car park dents and paint it up brand new .. Really am a perfectionist and i wanted this car to be absolutely immaculate inside and out.
Along the way i changed my mind and thought if im striping it all down and painting it back up why be boring and go with the same colour so after a good think over the week i decided i've not seen one champ white ep around my area or on my travels to anyway tbh so i thought what the heck ..
Here goes .... First part of many big changes to come.
started off looking like this last Monday
cosmic grey with bmw sepang bronze alloys
First on the list was to get the roof and bonnet out the way so came in early and stayed late to prep and paint both panels
finished off and took a few pictures in the morning
Got the hardest part out of the way for me anyway , absolutely hate painting roofs so after Monday night it was all easy going.
prepped the bumpers up Tuesday morning , soon as 5 o clock came i was in the oven ready to go
(forgot to take a picture of the front one lol )
next step was to start doing the repairs but got a little frustrated during the process so i decided to leave that and come back to it, got the doors and tailgate off and started on them.
Once i d made a mess in stripping everything down and finally got the repairs done i masked it all up ready for hi-build.
Didn't take long half an hour or so and it was bake out the booth with me sanding away.
After a good few days of hard graft it was masked up ready for paint on the Friday night.
cleaned it all down 4-5 times as i bought it from the stealer's, i know how much silicone is in there cleaning products pfft..
Saturday morning came in early since there was nobody in and spend all afternoon fitting her back up ready to take her for a spin
Yet to polish it over but im planing to do that this weekend so will update some new pictures once its all cleaned properly .
FITTED ALL BACK UP AND LOOKING GORGEOUS, really need some ph1 rear lights though really dislike them horrible lexass style.
Will keep things updated as to when i buy new parts , good cleaning days etc ..
comments welcome
