Couple of mates and i went to long marston air strip near our town (stratford) on friday for a couple of drags in our cars. We had gone the week before and it had been empty and gates were left open so wegot onto the track and messed around abit did some spins and stuff on the fields to was pretty fun. Me and a mate turned up last to find a load of lorries pullin in and setting up we assumed there must have been a drag on the next day. There was about 10 cars of us anyway as we pulled up all of the cars started floorin it away looked like fast an furious when they come out of the garages gr8 stuff, there ws a fiesta and rover 400 pullin doughnuts on grass a discovery and a defender speedin across the bumpy parts of the feild and a C2 and vw golf racin off down the gravel track an me an a mate bringin up the rear being chased by some local in a van, great fun well anyway as we all started crampin together at the exit the lad in the defender with off road tyres friekin huge veired towards the c2 who had to accelorate onto the mud to pull away an dodge him he hit a soft bit spun to the right towards these massive concrete bollards then swerved the other way to dogde and went on two wheels this is at 60-70MPH than as was gona hit a hut swerved again and spun out into a mud embankment. We all stopped and the lad was lucky to only have chipped off abit of his bumper and the lining if the wheel arch. The lads all jumped out of the c2 lookin like they had seen a ghost shakin like mad. Havnt told my parents about it haha think my keys would dissapear :dapprove:. So a fun day at the strip and we didnt even do any drags, we are going again this week hopefully it will be empty again.
