need help on big idea

Dnt no if anyone can help reli dont no what to do i bought a turbo for my clio 172 ph2 and reli dnt no what to do bit worried if its worth doing the job just dnt no if the car will handle it as in gearbox and engine would like to be hitting about 280 bhp and ive bin told i got to get a standalone ecu which is bout a grand i just dnt no if i stick all the cash in to my project will it just end up blowing it up .or is it worth getting a megane r26 which has got a turbo and will hold out better or does anyone no how hard it is to stick the r26 in my clio cheers if anyone can help

Please do a search as the turbo'ing of these cars has been covered a lot, and equally so has putting a meg engine in.
