need help with 05 plate 182 valves

as above really, just brought a nice..cheap..broken..2005 (inferno??) orange 182 - f4r 738. The cambelt has jumped and bent 12 valves but cracked no guides. all im after really is if there is any difference in valve sizes between any of the sports e.g. 172/182/cup/trophy ect??????????
any help much appreciated guys

all the same, but use new ones, 2nd hand have a habit of breaking for some odd reason (i've never used a 2nd hand valve so wouldn't know the reason!)

About £9 a valve - soon adds up but worth it.

My exhaust valves were changed and were for a lot cheaper (a piece) than the 9 pounds. Am i in trouble? Do the people at the head-refurbers sometimes use cheap parts? (sorry for the bad english!)

car runs great, lots of power but i just don't not trust the cheap bill for the head-refurb with 8 exhaust-valves replaced...
