need help with air filter

just bought a ripspeed universal air filter for my 1.2 renault clio 1.2 dynamique, i have no idea how to fit it, can someone help me out?

pull off engine cover and unscrew jubilee clip for airbox and disconnect breather pipe, fit filter where airbox was and put the oil breather on, 2 mins and jobs a gud un

Won't go striaght on if its a Ph2 and probably won't fit straight on even if its a Ph3 with the revised inlets either.

Yours a Ph3 then i'm assuming. Definetly won't go on a Ph2 without an adapter plate though.

Mines an 05 Ph2B so it has the Mk3 1.2 16v engine in it!

Ph3 so has the revised inlet D4F hence why a universal filter will go. A Ph2 doesn't have a normal throttle body opening you can just drop onto unfortunately.

If it's a pre 04 engine i.e Mk2 Ph2 then it will need an adaptor plate, which I can't find by itself.
