need lightweight subbox!

i need 2build a lighter subbox for my 12" xplod what would be the smallest icould go and the thinnest mdf? obviously without sacrificing TOO much bass thx 4any help

what size of bix does it need??? why does it need to be so light? I wouldnt go anythinner than 12mm mdf

marine grade ply is the lightest stuff i have found, and it appears lighter than mdf by quite a margin

expensive though
