These will be used regularly and dont get treated with up-most respect, so need to be relatively durable. My Hifiman Re 626's have lasted me a fair while, the driver went in one ear piece yesterday and is completely dead now so require a new set. Prior to the 626's I had Beyer DTX 80's which I loved but found a little too bassy for my liking. The 626's on the other hand have very little bass but I soon became accustomed to that.
£100 budget - Will budge to £120 if I think its a good buy.
I listen to thrash metal mainly so they dont need to have decent bass, but the mids and highs need to be good (Like the 626's).
IEM only, good isolation for public use.
I have a Fiio E11 so Impedance isn't really a problem (626's are 150 ohm).
Currently Considering:
Beyer DTX101
RE 626's again
