No. You would need to remove the pads from the calipers. If the pads are already in there what has made you want to put copper slip on them now?

i havnt yet had the car about 3 month and the breakes squeel like hell

Do you know what pads are fitted? All the copper slip in the world won't stop squeel if the previous owner has fitted something extreme like PF97's.

Or could be that the shims are missing.

dont know wat pads they are probably standard but selling all my kiting gear on ebay now so will have a few hundred to spend so will upgrade

just make sure you dont get even a tiny bit of the copper on the actual pad! lol
