Need some ideas!

Has anyone got any tips or ideas for my 1.4 16v MKII? I want to boost performance, but just wanna know a few things I can fit or adjust, haven't really got alot of knowlege on this, so any help would be great, cheers!

Leave the engine, it really isn't worth throwing £££ at the 1.4 16v lump. I know, I've been there.
