OEM copy form ebuyer... along with another piece of hardware (sata cable or something cheap to keep it legit)

There are differences between retail and OEM licenses tho.

Needster, if this is disc is from a brand named company e.g. hp dell etc it won't work on anything but the same brand machine, because they verify against the bios of the machine.

(If it is a big brand name but different HP disc / dell machine, you can alter it slighty so that it will work fine..., if its a self built jobbie it wont work without some major fiddling)

Dont worry, its cheaper for me to buy a s**t 2nd hand laptop than it is to do this.
