doubt ull get any lucky as far as complaining is concerned cause theyl probs just say uv fitted it wrong or not put it together correcly. Iv had the same problem except it fell off and soaked into me passenger floor mat. Try a poppy coral.

I have one under each front seat, but I smoke alot of skunk in mine
