never washed my car before

Hey ive had my car for like half a month now and ive never cleaned or waxed it before, i relie on londons weather to clean it and i drive around with bird sh!t all over it lol, does anyone know the price of waxing? and the benefits of it and downsides of it ( if there is any ) dont wanna be embarrased n ask at the cleaners =p

waxing isnt pricey mate....

maximum 20 quid for a really good tin... 8 quid for normal tin...
then its just down to elbow greese.

Although if its the first time you have done it, id recommend a clay, polish, selant and then wax it...wax 2 or 3 times too....

will build up a nice barrier on your paint to the elements... especially in london, id imagine the rain can be quite acidic... protect ya paint as much as ya can ifyou want to keep it looking nice.
