New alternator + battery

Ok, i want ot get a new battery and more importantly a new alternator. If i leave my interior light on for like 10 minutes, or have my stereo on for 10 either. My battery is soo crap that it wont even turn over the engine. When my car is running, the lights dim as i turn up the fan for the heater...... So can anyone advise me a better battery. Currently got a 37Ah one... 1.2 box standard no mods. And a suitable alternator as well please.
I want something that will probably let me run my stereo for like 2 hours or so and thats with 4x45 watt output and a 800Watt sub.......

How about this one??? for alternator... then a "halfords advanced" battery...

sounds like your battery has had it.

get a new batt and check your alt is charging.

a 37 Ah batt would output about 2kW for 10 mins before going flat
