f**k knows why I didn't do that tbh lol

Before fitting I gave them all an IPA wipedown and 2 coats of carbon collective platinum wheels. Should make cleaning easier. Not that I ever clean it

Cleaned it today for the first time since I bought it. Had a guy messaging me from cutters who seems fairly keen in it, so I took a load of pictures for him today

First time in years I've spent the day cleaning a car. Really enjoyed it to be honest.
Shout out to @autoallure really impressed with their stuff.

Got track time booked for Saturday at CSF....if I've still got it

Very nice

Really must do something about selling mine, I know I should just keep it as they’re obviously on the same path as the E36 M3 but I feel I’ve ticked the M3 box now and fancy something else.

Selling already? You're as bad as @leeds_182 !!

Looks absolutely spot on in them pics, other than the crappy old number plates. I was never really a fan of M3's, never saw the appeal but they're growing on me massively lately, especially in the colour yours is.

Selling it. Dafuq?

Selling mine next month, but I do think you'll regret selling it. Especially with prices of a good tidy example these days.

It's not as tidy as the pics make out to be fair. Passenger arch has just started to go, and it's peppered in stone chips. Plus the odd mark here and there.

I'll get some fresh plates ordered today

Track time on Saturday you say? Taking passengers or will you have your misses?

They’re the nuts on track mate, really work well, heavy so you have to drive around that and use weight transfer to help the turn-in but other than that I had no complaints at all and a grin a mile wide.

Just watch those front brakes if they’re standard, calipers can’t disperse the heat well enough and you’ll run into fade.

I’m falling back in love with mine now, thinking of keeping it :)

Yeah standard brakes aren't the best, so I'll be going easy on them and only doin short sessions

So took it across to the office in Derby on tuesday, just to give it a run out. Broke down halfway there 😂 fuckin typical when I had to be at work for a meeting. Was too far to come back to get my van, so I limped it along the A50 at 45mph and carried on to work. Currently firing on 5 cylinders and shaking violently at anything more than a slight touch of throttle.

Got to work, whipped the engine cover off, and unplugged each coil in turn. No difference on cylinder 2. £22 later at euros and a new Bosch one was fitted. All sorted :up::up:

Fast forward to tonight, and I've just taken a deposit on it. Being collected Monday.

Owned it for just over 6 months, and taking into account purchase price, insurance, tax, fuel and repairs...I've still made money. Who says M3s are expensive to own
