Im chuffed to bits with it and for a 12 year old car the condition is excellent pretty much mint thanks to Dan (imprezaworks) for looking after it. I honeslty can say i perfer this over my BG 182 FF,, The spec of the car as it stands:

- Konigsport coilovers (adjustable/dampening)
- OMP decatted system (sounds superb and not boomy)
- JMS Induction kit with ITG filter (have got the pipercross road/race filter which are included)
- Whiteline arb.
- OMP steering wheel with boss (unfortunatly the horn doesnt work, poss wiring fault, only just happened) origional wheel will be included.
- Dogbone powerflex gearbox mount.
- Braided hoses.
- Practically new yellowstuff brake pads, with new Brenbo HC Discs
- Rear OE discs and pads.
- New track rod ends
- OMP front strut brace.
- Yanoo kit.
- 4x New Federal rsr's, used for one trackday so plenty of life left, cost me £350 a month or so ago.
- 4x Hankook v12's will be included, again plenty of life left. Good tyres btw.
- Has been mapped by Paul at RS Tunning producing 170bhp, the printout is at home.
-Pure motorsport top mounts

Reciepts for everything, FSH and mainly the belts been done 14k ago 2 years.

Future plans

wheels powdercoated anthracite
strip completely fit cage (anthracite) with buckets, harnesses
another set of pads as im off to the ring in july ( just incase better to be safe)
Then just enjoy it.

Now just need to sell my BG ;)

You're going to cage it and paint the wheels grey???!!!

Oh ffs. :(

That was one of the last few nice ones left!

I messaged him today to try and buy it. Gutted I missed out I shouldn't of taken as long as I did to decide about it.

Good buy though and I agree with Daniel.

Dont mind opinions everyone's entitled to them :) I get what your saying though it is a minter we will see yet what happens, really happy with it though wasn't too keen on ph1's but love it now

Not sure on the wheels but want to put a cage in it not really going to make it a bad car

You'll either have to cut the dash or fit a custom cage. And fitting a cage involves welding. It will never be the same!!

I'm just a sucker for a nice ph1. I think they're so much better than the ph2's and 182's.

Before I'd of always said I'd never own one as really didn't like them but after seeing this in the flesh changed my opinion completely, prefer it to my 182 as they are now, and was a hell of a lot cheaper

Ha basically I couldn't get a loan for one, so decided makes sense to get a ph1 for a yeah sell mine no finance ect and a good little car

Ahhh, so you're the chap looking to borrow £10 iirc?

You made a good choice not getting the loan mate. 5/6 years debt sounds fine now, will piss you right off in 2 years time!!

Everything happens for a reason I suppose, don't get me wrong I'd love a FRS but was a hell of a lot of money over a long time, just glad I've got something now as my mind was changing everyday on what to get

I couldn't believe no one got there before I did sure it was for sale over a week maybe the miles put people off

Forgot to mention its been a write off, twice. Also ive decided to keep hold of the v5 for laughs and giggles. Obviously joking, enjoy the car dan.

  M135i and the shed
If you want to do that to a Phase 1, please sell me this one and buy one that's already partially ruined. ;) :D

  Ph1 T
The car wont be ruined :) will be having lots of fun in it though starting with ring in july cant wait

Neither r26 or mk1 rs are worth getting into debt over mate!
You most definitely made the right decision, you will save money in petrol and general running costs and have just as much fun.

My old 172 was just as quick as my mates mk1 frs if that makes you feel any better

Looks a cracking buy.

It's not like it's a historic car and they are a dying breed. Wack a cage in it, paint the wheels yellow, it's your car !

I can see what people are saying but lets be honest, they're not that special.

  Evo 5 RS
Only thing I'd do to that is fit the original airbox back on. It's nice to see standard ones now and again

Flat as f**k to drive and probably drives as straight as the boot crease you've not found yet but nice all the same

(kidding on the last bit a little)

  Ph1 T
Car feels spot on to drive actually think it performs better than my 182 which is totally standard (maybe why) just purchased a yozza race system for it instead of the OMP, May get a little project thread up and running
