I sold my ph1 172 and i was "umming and arring" at what to buy next...i fancied something RWD again with a turbo.
i spotted one of these and liked the fact that they came with 17" BBS splits, a nice smooth 6 cylinder and LSD.
so here it is, my E36 328i Sport, 72k, full leather : )
After it's first wash, clay, cut, polish and wax -
I picked it up cheap as it had no MOT or tax - needed a new rear shock, an exhaust bracket, rear pads, one rear tyre and a ball joint.
i decided to replace all the suspension as the handling was awfull if im honest, i dread to think what the non sport takes corners like...
so i got some coilovers and set them silly low, it's never going to handle like the 172 did so i've slammed it : ) -
that's how it stands now, i've given it a full service and just kept ontop of keeping it clean.
next on the list is probably a 325i inlet and throttle body as the 328i was restricted to pass some kind of tax bracket in germany - should set another 15-20bhp free.
