new clio 182

got new clio at weekend. went to start car on monday morning but wouldt start buy a imported 182 . renault wouldt send anybody to look at car. had to get 182 to renault . my mate towed me renault through the town in my 182 with only 146 miles on the clock. renault looked at the 182 the same day and pick up next day. the guy said loose connect on relay. all ok now and asked the service manager to check warranty on car 2 years.

If you write to Renault Uk, you can extend that warrenty to 3 years.

Did you really think Renault would drop what they are doing and send someone out to your car ? You should have recovery,a mate towing you to a garage on a brand new car...Sod that !

Or take out AA cover or similar...

How come the car didnt come with AA ? I thought all new cars did,even imports.

Mine didnt, and yes its an import

Not imports. They get the warranty now, but not the AA cover.
