hey all jus got new 1.2 16v clio - whats the best way to go about breaking in the engine so to speak

Witihin the first 20 miles or so get the engine right the way through the rev range as soon as its warm put full load on it.

Idealy chnage the oil after a few hundred miles in both engine and box.

Oil changes arent really nes in this day and age especially the gearbox.
