New exhaust, do I need a gasket?

I have just bought a k tec stealth secondhand.

Wondered if I need a gasket to fit it to the cat on the diamond shape flange or does it butt up?

Also what size is the clamp to fit the back box onto the middle section 60mm?

just buy a new gasket, don't cost much at all.
