Does it have a microphone for the hands free or do you have to shout into your phone?

yeah its got a microphone with it matey, ive got it near the alarm sensors on the pillar. basically you dont need to touch the phone whilst in the car as it auto connects and you have full features of the phone on the h/unit... i.e phonebook, call history and so on

sounds awesome but dont know if i could justify 400£ for one :S

do like pioneer head units though. I trust the facia is removable?

yeah the facia comes off
when you turn the engine off its flips down giving you the option to remove it and if u dont take it off it just goes back to normal...pretty smart
