New handbrake cables and swapped caliper.

Just got and part fitted some handbrake cables on the 182. Also swapped a sticking caliper over, just wondering what is the correct order to reassemble?

Handbrake off, bleed brakes, tighten adjuster until discs wont move then undo half a turn? Then pull handbrake up?
