Hi Guys,
Recently changed the Headunit in my 2004 RS 182 to a Pioneer DEH-P7100BT and in an attempt to keep the stalk controls purchased the following:

It is all connected up but it does not appear to be working correctly.
I can change the source but the volume is reducing itself down to '0' automatically and I cannot change it back ,I cannot switch tracks either.
The Volume button is not jammed and it works fine if I plug the old standard headunit back in.
As far as I am aware I have purchased the correct adaptors but it does not want to play ball, any ideas?
