New laptop - help

Looking for a new laptop. It must be:

light-weight laptop (under 1.8kgs)
powerful
plenty of grunt and well specced
Windows XP Pro
Reliable/good brand
around the £1,000-1,200 mark ex vat.

Help and choices appreciated.

Seen a Dell Latitude D410 atm - just wondered what else was available!

Sony Tx2HP or XP if you can stretch, best featured laptop on the market, 1.3kg with built in dvd DL writer and everything else for that matter.

i had one of them home to fix for a guy at work ^^ they are so light and small its unreal, i absolutely loved it! defo gettin one in the near future
