hi all!
quick 'about me'
+ i have bought my first clio 172 as a daily driver!
+ i currently own a Nissan (silvia) s14 and a PS13..
+ i am a BDC (british drift championship) semi-pro license holder
+ i am competing in the Driftcup 2014 season in my s14..
+ im a very regular user of Driftworks forum so know how it all works on the forums..

so i decided a nice fun french hatch would be good as a daily as i only travel around 15 miles per day to work so not massive mileage..

im new to clio ownership so ill be using the forum for info, help, a few cheeky purchases and sell a few things.
oh and give help where i can

so the clio..
it is a 52 plate phase2 172.. in silver.

completely standard apart from a 'not nice' backbox!
its done 103k miles and was told by previous owner it had dephaser pulley and timing belt 3k miles ago... but no reciept!!? should i worry?

Did they say were the cambelt and dephaser were supposedly done, may be able to ring up with reg and check but if I'd just spent a few hundred quid on a big service I wouldn't have lost the receipt easily...

they didnt.. but the thing making me think it could be true is that tbey gave me a long list of jobs it had done on the major service (springs, brakes, coilpack, plugs&leads, k&n air filter, 4xtyres)
there are no reciepts to back this up either but they have all definately been done
