  mk3 Clio 1.4 16v
Hello guys,

i've been on this forum trawling through threads since i got my first clio and decided i would finally introduce myself, and become a bit more active, with some input! (instead of just reading tips and gawking over others mk3's)

My first clio was a mk2 1.4 16v 2005 (got it off my mum while at Uni) Monaco Blue
Now onto a mk3 1.4 16v Dynamique 2007 (graduated last June, bought this one in March) Monaco Blue

I'm no expert but I have my plans for the car and hopefully it will turn out well. I'll be hopefully getting a 197 when i save up a few pennies so I
plan on making a few mods to maintain my interest in the car until then.

So far;
K&N Panel filter (for those extra 100 ponies!)
Heko deflectors
Directed an Aux lead through glovebox from stock HU

Plans;

Colour mods - Anthracite the existing alloys and the wing mirrors, red callipers, black drums.
Front mods - Definitely need to upgrade the grilles, very near future!
Rear mods - no idea what to do, if phase 2 rear bumper fits, i'd fit a ph2 rear bumper. I prefer the curves over the flat ph1.
Another idea would be 182 style exhaust. Not many mk3's with them, could ditch the spare wheel for some room and get the dual exit.
Interior mods - This is purely dependant on how long I keep the car. I won't do much if I plan on keeping it short term, long term however, I would get recaro's and try to retrofit the Tom Tom unit on top of the dash of the other models.

Will probably lower it on Eibach springs also as the arch gap is bigger than my future.

Thanks for reading, and I look forward to being part of the community :laughing:

Welcome to the club mate!

You said not many mk3's have the twin exhausts like the 182? Every 197 does ;)
