My car has been handling really bad round right hand bends the last few days so jacked car up and found a fucked up ball joint so not sure wether I should drive on sunday, no bloody garage is open or has parts on sat either!

And I take it the tracking alignment needs to be done even if I do it myself

jonny... as said, tracking does not need doing after lower ball joint replacement. i would normally but its not a must.

and ifanyone is interested in a cup splitter that im selling i will bring it along. its cracked in 2 but its fine when fitted with a bit of black insulation tape covering the crack. only after £10. i ran it like it for ages but ended up with a skoda one.
