I'm on O2 and I should realy get a new phone as I'm paying £25 for 100 minutes any time and 500 text which isn't that good value wise now IMO.
However I don't know what to do
1) Ask for a new phone (if so which one I'd like a decinet camera preferably with the ability to have sat nav (Route 66 I get it cheap from work). Would also be nice to have the ability to surf the forum at work so is it best getting a PDA (if so how do I connect) or getting a phone like the XDA (no idea which they all look the same).
2) Tell them to put me on contract etc and forget the new phone etc. Its not like I use the phone must anyway.

...phoned a few hours later to ask for a pac code cos i was leaving got the phone for 29.99 and my line rental halved for the year from £20 to £10 for 300 off peak and 500 texts
