New Seats?

  Track 172 & Golf R32
Hi.

Been looking for the past week at fixed buckets to be honest its driving me mad lol I just dont know what to go for the cars my daily drive and will be lapping most weekends soon!

Been looking at the Bimarco's JMS are offering which seems a good deal as all the hassle of fitting and the airbag lights etc will be sorted. Also the Imola Pro's. I was just wondering what the entry level seats like the Monaco Pros and Sparco Sprints were like compared?

Also i take it the airbag light will come on as obviously you disconnect it when fitting how can it be solved so the light goes off..

Bit of a noob with seats and the fitting tbh thats why i woosed out getting some in my rallye.

Cheers

I know its a subject thats been brought up many times but I've had a search but not found much totally relevant to my suprise. If i was to buy the Sparco Sprint's or the Monaco Pro's what would i need?

If the car is for everyday i'd have something like the Imola Pro.

I've got a track only car and have a Evolution Pro seat and if I use the car for popping to the shops, it proper pisses me off.

I've got the Imola Pro's in mine, and I use it every day. They're so much comfier then standard seats for me - on short journeys though. However, if you do a lot of long journeys I wouldn't recommend something like this.

The Imola's were great on track too, will be getting plenty more use this year in them.

Great all rounder.

Exactly what i need tbh!

Was just looking at your project thread they look proper nice! so you bought the sub-frames, sidemounts and seats i understand that but its just some other seats like the bimarcos use the existing sub frames iirc JMS are doing these for around 700 fitted for the pair if you dont mind me asking how much did yours set you back seats, frames and mounts just to compare? PM me if like.. Cheers

My mate had them in his rallye i didnt think they were too bad but never sat in them for any more than half hour. Could always nick one the cushions from the sofa if they get a bit too uncomfortable lol
