if i bought these from halfords tommorow would they be a straight swap for the original standard 1's? in other words can i take the old out and plug the new in???

also i will be buying for the front and rear does any1 know of any better 1's u may have used in the past?

Most of the speaers frm halfords are universal, these are straight fit and what most people go for.

Yea any 13cm / 5.25" ones should fit in the doors/rear quarter.

They proberly won't be a straight sway, it will most likey be a case of cuttin of the adaptor plug, stripping and solering or crimping them. Can't comment on tweeters never done them.
