New Splitter Fitted

jeeesus lol, looking head on at the car, say your bumper width wise is 2m.. and the splitter is 2.5m you's chop it in the middle and take .25m from each side wouldnt you.... then you wouldnt have a splitter that hung over the edges anymore.

flol got ya now

Looking good mate!

First I've seen with those wheels and they look spot on IMO.

Maybe on the splitter, can you use some sort of filler/joiner on it to smooth it out like you would do on the bodywork, then paint it all over?

172 engine planned for the future or something different?

splitter scraps on everything so filler would be pointless, im just gna tidyit up abit, thell still be a visible joing but nout i can do about it really. and 172 enginge would be on the cards but not as yet, motorbike carbs on the 1.poo engine first

Don't know if my post made sense reading back over it but meant use joiner/filler to smooth other the join, not smooth the splitter into the bumper, then paint the splitter all black.

Don't know much about carbs, will it make a big difference?

Will be wicked getting a 172 engine in it one day, looks too good to get rid of.

yeah i know what ya ment mate, but as soon as the splitter scraps on something, itl just crack, and yeah it will i belive, well so ive been told! lol, and yeah i know what you meen of about gettin rid. i keep looking at it! ive fallen in love iwht my car again! lol

Carbs will be more trouble than it's worth on that engine, unless you can get the parts and management for free. lol

oh right mate, wasn't sure if i made any sense the first time lol

its a great project there, keep us updated.
