New steering wheel and now airbag light wont turn off

Hi guys ive put a new steering wheel on my car with a momo boss and i couldnt work out which way the wires go to turn the air bag light off,

someone please help!!

So you have fitted an aftermarket wheel after removing the std wheel?

If yes did you put resistors across the 2 airbag plugs? Should be 3.9 ohm - Maplin best bet for these - if no resistor then airbag light will come on.

Tip on fitting the resistor fold over a 5mm each end, squash the end flat then put in each hole of the plug, fold the actual resistor part flat to the plug then tape up to keep safe, repeat for other plug, job done!

I did get one with the boss kit but just couldn't work out how to do it, bit stupid if I gotta go but more for it lol

If it's a Ph2 172 it'll have two airbag plugs - thus you'll need two resistors, one for each. They're only like 25p anyway!
