So i finally managed to get me some wheels Look very snazzy IMO. Sorry about the crap quality... going to get some good photo's on a drive out tonight.

How much do you think I should lower it? And what with? They're 205/40/17R

Weren't sure too many people on here would like it... but I'm well happy anyway Yea, it definetely needs lowering. I'm just not sure how much. I was going to go 55 or 60mm... but I'm not sure now, people keep saying lower it 35/40mm. But I haven't got huge amounts of money. the design on the wheels makes 'em look bigger than 17's.. I'd only go down 30mm/40mm & see if you can get along with the ride..

not sure they suit the clio, but will look nicer when lowered. lower it 60mm no less 40mm is not enough!!

i second that 17s and 60mm drop on werid set up pi spings and koni dampers i no u peeps hate pi springs but i fink there pretty gd my car sticks to road like glue. ive had 16s on before dont think there much difference tbh except slight better accelration

Well my dad's camera seems to not like the dark... and just took some now and they're still abit dark Wish I could find my camera!

apex -60mm kit and that will look MINT! the big wheels look out of place when its high but when its slammed they suit it

Just put some 60mm springs on it for the time being. Then, when the shox fall to piece (and they will), get yourself some decent kit, like koni, or even coilovers.

Found a set of PI's which have come highly recommended which do 40mm on the front and 35mm on the rear. Baring in mind I have people sat in the back fairly often. I don't want too much rubbing... grr what to do!!

Never been a fan of the 5 spoke, just seem so common to me.

Also with alloys like that you need BIG brakes for them to even remotely work.

Rear disc conversion might help the rear.
