  Shit little Yaris...
OK brand new white car imminent on the drive - and I want to do what I can to facilitate easy cleaning later on and keeping it in best shape.

What's gonna be my best route with it? (Small Picanto)

If I was buying a new car I would certainly take it to a pro for a coating to be applied. Something like C1 /Cquartz UK.

Makes perfectly good sense.

She is useless - won't clean it herself much at all.

Exo V2 maybe??

You'll get good life out of Tough Prep and Tough Coat by AF.

You got anything at the moment or will you need to buy everything new??

If the polish will wash it, then get a ceramic coating like CQuartz. It will help minimise swirling etc.

Also, I can go months without washing my car, and although its dirty, its still very shiny. Thats down the the CQuartz Finest. Can also wash it was fairy liquid lol

It's a lease..who gives a f**k :)

on a serious note id just get it done by a pro. They will have expensive long lasting wax. Will be worth it in the long run I reckon

If it's for 3 years pay a detailer to protect it. Then just wash/QD/Wax after that. Get a decent ceramic coating on it.

As Coby said above try Tough Prep and Tough Coat.

Tough Prep & Coat will be perfect as they are designed to last longer than a wax and look better than a wax on lighter coloured cars.

Heres two links for you.

Tough Prep: http://shop.autofinesse.co.uk/tough-prep-250ml

Tough Coat: http://shop.autofinesse.co.uk/tough-coat-250ml

Hope this helps,

Joe

Spouting opinion as fact there ;) Tut tut.

Also - As much as I do like TC, I personally wouldnt' recommend it on a new car if looking for long lasting protection. TC is great, but can't keep up with Ceremic sealants for longevity.

But can be diy'd rather than taking the car to a detailer at a cost.

Thats it JD,

Tough Coat is perfect for hobbyist and professionals so could save you the cost of taking your vehicle and is super quick and easy to use!

Thanks, Joe.
