New Windscreen - water everywhere!

I had a new windscreen fitted by autoglass last week. After the rain this weekend i've got pools of water in driver and passenger footwells and rear footwells & under the seats. Anyone had this before?

I did have problems with water in the drivers footwell a couple of weeks ago but traced it to a blocked drainage hole under the scuttle. I've had a look under there again but there doesn't appear to be any water.

Right need help on this. Windscreen was refitted, was told there was no problem with the previous installation. I checked the drainage holes under the scuttle - no blockages. i checked door seals - nothing. My neighbour thinks its the heater matrix?

well, it looks like it WAS the windscreen. After the torrential rain last night, the car was dry as a bone. strange.

I had the same problem with autoglass not fitting the windscreen properly, but because the previous owner had it changed they couldn't do anything for me (that wasn't going to cost).

So I just bought some sealant, traced the leak and sorted it myself. Not had a problem since.
