right lad's.just got some price's to get this baby sorted.
renault full cambelt kit, = £92 plus vat
rear disc with the bearing's, =£65(each side)plus vat
and i just got a price to fit the belt kit. =£200
so all i need now is a new exhaust system say £250

so for less than 3k i will have a nice example 172
then i will get the bonnet and front bumper painted

You need to get the bearing pushed in most kits apart from Yozzas and Renault don't come with them pressed in also chnage the pads whilst you r at it its a waste stickign the old ones back in.
Does the cambelt kit include the tensions as these should be replaced as well also you'll need an aux belt kit as this should be done at the same time.

the bearing are already pushed into the disc's mate,i made sure of that.:approve:
and the cambelt kit come with the tensioners aswell
forgot to ask about the aux belt kit tho

yea bearings are in the rear discs when you buy them from renault must have pads as well though, yea and the aux belt will need changing.

i have seen this car and its not bad, some older guy owned it. he had it up for 4k then 3.5k, 3k. he just wanted rid for a cheaper motor. his girlfriend could not get insured on it. i was sellin my 106gti for ages, had to give it away wanted 4k and got 3250 in the end. peeps are just scared to buy these days. so many cars out there for sale.

whats the price for a cam/aux belt change roughly? ren dealer too shockin for me?
