Can anyone give me a sensible list of modifications to get her up to around 190bhp?

Matched inlet and plenum... Angel works, jam sport, APD etc.

Cat cam 428's... Kam racing, Icarus on the forum.

ITG replacement filter (if you have original air box) with enlarged air feeds.

de-catted exhaust system

ECU re-map... RS-tuner (Custom map my Henk) or RS-tuning (based in Leeds)

That should see you touching the 190 mark
