next best thing to ds2500?

as above whats the next best pads to buy. i dont want to be spending over £100 on pads tbh no more than about £70.

or are they really really worth it?

i have been looking at mintex jobbies m1144s??

The road use pads ferrodo make? Slightly cheaper were the ones below the ds great pads for me lasted 3ok+!

Stick to the standard brakes if it's mainly a road car. If you're driving a lot on track and being really serious about reducing your lap times then your can't really compromise.

Standard pads for road, ds2500 for track and road, and then if it's a pure track car, there are loads of compounds (nice and pricey mind).
 
so the mintex ones will be fine for road use (hard road use mind)

Won't last as long though, so possibly false economy?

If it was me I'd just cough up the extra £30 and go for something you know is highly recommended than end up having to buy twice.

Got the mintex on mine, been on a while still look as new, you lot must be hard on the brakes lol
