What are people's thoughts on this Flash? It's within my budget, but Really i'd like a flash I can have positioned off camera. I'm not sure if it's possible to do that with this flash? Any other recommendations at around £80 or less.

Do you have to use the built in flash at the same time?
Feirny, not bitten, just interested. Never used one.

If you're using wireless triggers you won't need the built in flash on. As far as I know the built in flash can't be used to trigger the SB400 anyway as the SB400 can't be used wirelessly as part of Nikon CLS (hence you'll need the triggers or hotshoe cord).
I don't think you can swivel the flash head on a SB400 other than in a vertical plane either which may be restricting depending on what you want to use it for.

Oh. I might not bother then, all this sounds like a load of expense.
Need a flash first! Hmmm, might knock this flash idea on the head TBH.
