Really like those blue calipers.[emoji106] Car looks great pal but how long will that splitter last that low??

yeah when i was doing it i wasn't sure but with he wheels on its epic and hopefully a long time with how careful i am with it. and its only low getting it off the drive.

Yeah used some k2 paint was very impressed only thing is one of the calipers has slightly leaked so I need to 're do one of them..

Wow what a transformation, very good use of a restroom break at work looking through this thread, couple of questions, where did you get the yellow tints and tow strap? I am very keen to get them on mine. did the milltek come from ebay? finally for the renault sport badge on the side, did that just pop off or did you have to take off the whole strip, tape it and then paint it? Keep the posts coming!

right so busy few weeks and i have had not much time after FCS as you can see i went straight into modify mode and i ended up cleaning the car for waxstock in the rain..

then when me and the Mrs got there the guys said we can go inside which meant more cleaning.

Few weeks and i haven't done much bar clean a little..

then I decided to take the rear defuser off as my exhaust was making a noise and well found something not nice

been waiting a few weeks as i have been told a company track spec have some new bits coming out and after a few weeks of waiting..
brake ducts.

i feel they would be a brilliant addition to the look and feel of the car.

and when my car was in for an MOT i realised how i just didn't like the Miltek so.. kinda spent some money.

and its sounds epic mega raspy...

there not finished yeat as i still have to put the feed pipes into the wheel arches but managed to get the front of the duct in place.

and they look epic as thought.. and now i just have to rush for next week i have tyres to fit my exhaust to straighten and the ducts to finish off for my trackday on the 21st at castle combe.

lots has been done witch is always a good update ive got a couple of car shows and a few trackdays that i need to put up but i managed to get finished my brake ducts and the new tyres on.

and i did manage to find hover mode on the car

then back in August we decided to go to castle combe so quick check over the car and we was away.. stopped in a hotel not to far lovely as normal..

Quick Clean First

How did you manage to fit the brake ducts? Isn’t something in the way of the air feed on the drivers side? Washer bottle iirc.

Also, it’s a bit late but top tip. 225/45/17 tyres are bigger, cheaper and fill the arches better than oem on these

i will remember this when i buy next time and i have done a full guide on how to fit the ducts i will send it over to you..

from here it did got a bit quiet however a few bits managed to come together.. i had been searching for a while to get some Speedlines and almost had some mag ones however i missed them but as a stroke of genius i lucked out.. made a short trip to Birmingham and managed to get some at a fairly decent price though they needed a refurb but i put them on for a quick look..

this is what i found..

sadly they are on the back burner at the moment due to funds and what not.. however they will be black again.

not a massive update but i thought i would give a little plug to some of the new products ive been using thanks.

also he managed to sell me his manifold which i still haven't managed to collect a few months on..

and then it was time for trax so a big old prep and quick photo shoot..

i was then shown a link to a inlet manifold which i thought would be a good idea as it said it was matched... however when it got here it was only matched to the car...

however the lower had been messed with which was weird.. a bit pissed off i moved on as i got them cheap enough i decided i will give it a go myself..

i didn't get much pictures from Trax due to the weather however i did get a spot from somebody..

so i ordered some gaskets to get started on the porting of the manifold and this happened..
lowers where close but would still need work.

and the fronts where stock and needed lots of work.

then it was started

this was on hold for the weekend during prep of the car ready for a trackday at Donington also managed to get around to painting the rear calipers..

was amazing the car was brilliant the brake ducts and lines made so much difference it was brilliant.

and this weekend i managed to get the manifold finished and painted..

then i had an accident i wanted to see how easy it would be to fit and well this happend..

and this concludes the update the car feels much better whit the manifold on i don't know if it is in my head but mid revs it feels like its pulling better.. I have Bedford on the 4th November and due to sound i will be changing the exhaust manifold after this which will make more of a difference only thing is then i might need to get a mid box in but well see..

Good to see the heat getting where it should be..

And I picked up something else with an amazing colour on

I had Bedford track day coming up so did some prep

only thing is I you d out I needed some new pads and a week before the track

And decided to go with Ferodo DS1.11 pads and time was urgent so ktec to the rescue.

I managed to adjust the clip before going out but my god they where fantastic.

Managed to get another fuel can so got it loaded up this week.
