No brakes after engine swap

Quick brake question!

New engine went in the car yesterday, now the brake pedal feels really spongey, and when the car is running it just goes straight to the floor. You can see the piston moving and brakes working on one side, but not the other. Any ideas?

You have put the servo pipe back on (reasonably hard pipe)
