No Dipped Headlights

Has Anyone Had The This Problem With Their Head Lights Before?
My Dipped Headlights Wont Work! I Switch It To Sidelights And Their Fine,
Then Flick It Up 2 Dipped, The Green Light Comes On The Dash, But The Lights Are Still At Sidelights, Then Put My Full Beams On And They Are Fine.
So Can Anyone Tell Me Why My Dipped Headlights Wont Work :S

Also If My Lights Are On Any I Flick My Indicators On My Foglights Sign On My Dash Slightly Shows Aswel, They Dont Acctualy Come On At The Lights, Just On The Dash, But The Light Dose Not Show Properly Just Like Faded. Also Happens When I Brake.

It Just Happened Randomly So I Dont Get It, They Were Working Fine And Now All Of A Sudden They Dont :S
I Was Just Seing If Anyone Could Help Me Or Give Tips Were To Look.

Thats what happens when bulbs blow, they work untill they dont.

Check them first before scratching your head and thinking the worst

But Would The Problem With The Faded Fog Light Coming On Happen Coz Of A Blown Bulb Aswel?

speatarte problem id of thought, sounds ike a bad earth on the rear light clusters, its been discussed on here a few times
