no fans resistor

hello
right i was told my resistor isnt working on my clio

so i looked at this and tryed to us ethe fix it guide

but i dont get the track 4? then says track 30?

anyone shed any light?

ive checked for power on the wiring loom side
and there was one that had power going to it.

fuses inside the car are all fine.

Ive got a resistor pack you can buy from me

Also you have most likly checked this but my fan stoped working and it ended up being the motor. Its a 5 min job to wip it out and put a volt meter on the connections there.

what fan? where is it located?

the fan works
but not sure on the resistor.

i just direct power to the red wire going down to the bottom(after the resistor.
would it be the resistor?
